This was, without question, the best travel experience we have ever had.From the moment we booked, Anja, the incredible property manager, was a dream to work with. Her communication was prompt, warm, and incredibly helpful, setting the tone for what would become a flawless stay. Every question was answered quickly and thoroughly, and every detail was clearly considered long before we even arrived.During our stay, Anja and her attentive staff made us feel like honored guests. The level of service was exceptional, thoughtful, unobtrusive, and genuinely kind. The personalized concierge service went above and beyond, ensuring we had everything we needed at all times. Every single staff member was detail-oriented, kind, and committed to creating the perfect experience.We booked a truffle hunting excursion followed by a truffle dinner, and it was an absolute highlight, truly unforgettable. Ilia, the truffle hunting guide, was so passionate and authentic. It was a phenomenal experience.The cooking class held right in our villa was another standout moment, made all the more special by the intimate, hands-on approach and the authentic flavors of Tuscany we were guided to create. This was led by Silvia and Gigi who were top notch in every way!The restaurant team deserves a special mention as well, especially Fabio, who stood out with his warmth, professionalism, and passion for excellent service. Every meal, every interaction, every bite was crafted with care and delivered with a smile.We were constantly impressed by the high level of attention to detail, the seamless delivery service, and the sheer beauty of the property itself. The views, the villa, the food, the people, it all felt like a dream.It is not a question of if we will return, but how soon we can come back, and next time, we are bringing more of our family and friends to experience the magic of Villa Ginestra.Thank you, Anja and team, for a truly extraordinary stay!
We celebrated our parents' 50th anniversary, and they made our 7-day stay truly special and unforgettable. Every person we encountered was incredibly friendly, helpful, and made us feel like part of the family. There were countless activities to enjoy, and it was truly the best experience we've ever had! The villa that we stayed in was clean and comfortable. We had an unforgettable week in Tuscany - as a special highlight for my in-laws' 40th wedding anniversary, which we celebrated with a small surprise party. Anja gave us incredible support throughout the planning and implementation. You deserve our very special thanks! She took great care of us - we were eight adults and two children - and we felt like VIPs. Simply great!Anja was present, attentive and there for us the whole time - you could just feel how much heart she put into it. Thanks to her, we were able to enjoy our vacation to the fullest despite difficult personal circumstances.We stayed in Villa Tosca – simply fantastic! Each room has its own bathroom, which is of course super practical for a larger group. You are completely alone, with a breathtaking view over the Tuscan landscape - absolutely quiet and relaxing. If something needs to be repaired, it will be done immediately - the service is top!The facilities leave nothing to be desired: several whirlpools, one of which is outside - can even be used in bad weather. And even if the weather isn't good, there's plenty to do: billiards, table football, table tennis - you won't get bored.Also a big thank you to the entire Diacceroni team – you really make this place something unique! From riding with Mattia, Alex and Marcia (despite the bad weather) to the delicious food – everything was a complete success. The celebration on Friday in particular was an absolute highlight. The Parmigiana and the Salsiccia – simply heavenly!The service was always attentive and warm - a big thank you to Ylenia, Fabio and everyone else. We are also very grateful for the many gluten-free treats.We will definitely be back – thank you and see you next time!
A super wonderful romantic place for a family vacation. The only minus is the dirt road to the location of the Hotel and the restaurant!
